Save money with an online wallet

To keep the costs as low as possible for you, we work with a prepaid payment system. It’s very simple; you deposit money in your online wallet and with that all costs of the Postbox are paid. Online you can see in real time what the balance of your e-wallet is. As soon as the month ends, you will receive an invoice for your accounting. It clearly specifies what happened in the e-wallet.

Do you use multiple Pri-services such as PriParcel or PriOffice? You pay for all our services from the same online wallet. Everything comes clearly on one collective invoice, with which we like to make it easy for you. The financial administration and invoicing are carried out centrally by PriServices.

Depositing money in your e-wallet

To keep the Postbox active, there must be sufficient funds in your e-wallet. Without a balance, your account goes on standby and no mail is processed for you until there is a balance again. You will receive a message from us when the balance is low, so that you can top it up in time. You can also choose to top up the deposit via direct debit, so that you do not have to worry about it yourself.


In the first week of the new month, you will receive an itemized invoice for the previous month. This invoice contains:

  • An overview of the costs incurred
  • An overview of the deposits in the e-wallet
  • The VAT specification
  • Your balance at the end of the month

This invoice can be found in the PriPortal under My account > Financial. There you will also find your current balance.

For customers with a valid VAT number outside the Netherlands and within the EU, the VAT can be transferred. Contact the administration for this. Under certain conditions, companies and individuals established or living outside the EU can be billed without VAT.

You can choose to have the e-wallet automatically replenished by using direct debit. We check at several times whether the balance is still sufficient and, if necessary, a direct debit will be carried out. The amount is determined based on the services you purchase and your usage in the last period. You will be notified before we start collecting. More information can be found on this page.

When will I receive my invoice?2024-01-18T13:18:57+01:00

Once the month is over, you will receive an invoice for that month after about a week. On this invoice you will find all costs as well as all deposits that have been settled with the e-wallet. All costs are neatly specified per service. This invoice is intended for your administration because the costs have already been paid.

Our extensive invoices have been reviewed more than once with a thumbs up by accountants and bookkeepers, so you’ll probably be happy too!

We use an e-wallet in which you deposit money yourself. All costs of the Postbox will be deducted from the balance of the e-wallet. The only thing you have to make sure is that there is sufficient balance in the e-wallet. You can deposit money via the portal (e.g. via Ideal) and you will receive a reminder when the balance is low. You can also opt for direct debit, where we ensure that there is always sufficient balance. This way you don’t have to worry about it yourself!

How do I pay monthly for the Postbox?2024-01-18T13:18:05+01:00

Every month on the 1st of the month, the subscription costs for the use of the Postbox will be deducted from the balance in your e-wallet. The costs for processing the mail will be settled at the time we process mail for you.
