The Postbox is for both business and private use
You use your Postbox for business, private, or both! All your mail is welcome in the Postbox. Actually… not only your mail, but also, for example, the mail of your partner and children.
Receive mail for multiple companies or people
Do you want to receive mail for more companies and/or people in your Postbox? Please provide the names of these additional recipients via the portal so that we are aware of this and can process their mail. As standard, no less than 5 addressees are included in the price of the Postbox!
Do you have more than 5 recipients? For each additional addressee above those five, we charge € 1,00 extra per month.

As an entrepreneur, it is attractive to put your Postbox in the name of the company, so that you can enter the expenses in the accounting. The fact that private mail is also received in your Postbox is no problem.
Does your company still need to be set up and are you looking for a business postal address, also for the Chamber of Commerce?
You can first request the postal address from us and indicate that it concerns a new, yet to be established company. Then you do not have to provide a Chamber of Commerce number yet. You will receive a ‘Rental agreement postal address’ from us and with this you can immediately use our address as a correspondence address during the establishment of your company.
Using the Postbox privately
A large part of our customers is private and uses the Postbox purely for private purposes. For example, because you temporarily do not have a permanent home address or because you are on the road a lot, but do not want to miss mail.
Please note: the Postbox is a postal address and not a so called ‘briefadres’, so it cannot be used as a registration address for the municipality. Our addresses cannot be used for this purpose.
