The next step in our growth

PriPost offers both companies and individuals an alternative postal address and the possibility to receive mail digitally. PriParcel receives, consolidates and sends parcels, mainly for international consumers and webshops. PriOffice offers flexible office space where entrepreneurs can settle and work comfortably. PriTelecom offers VoIP telephony and PriCompliance helps companies to comply with, among other things, the far-reaching AML legislation. In the near future, even more services will be added to our online platform where everything comes together.

Your mission

Is the existing organization with all its services and employees managing commercially, organizationally and IT with the following KPIs as a starting point:

  • Happy employees
    No, we don’t have a number for that, but we’ll see it soon enough…; -)
  • High customer satisfaction
    Yes, we have to score at least an 8 there, but rather a 9
  • Revenue growth
    We are growing by about 50% annually and we want to increase that trend to 100%
  • Healthy Profits
    In which the costs are also kept under control
  • Realisation of IT projects
    Within the set budget and timeframe, IT delivers what is initiated by the business

Your focus

As a General Manager, you have a broad role within the company and you are the first point of contact for the team. Some of the things that are on your desk are:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Develop and (in collaboration) execute a sales and marketing plan for each service that contribute to further revenue growth.
  • (Co-)designing and coordinating online and offline marketing campaigns.

Customer Management:

  • Further expansion of the most important customer groups
  • Ensuring optimal customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction (8+)
  • Assist customer service when needed

Operational organization:

  • Monitoring and further optimising operational processes
  • Initiating and realising efficiency gains through further automation
  • Managing the operational organization and acting as the first point of contact

IT team:

  • Translating the needs of the business into clear and workable tickets for IT, according to the Scrum methodology
  • Managing the team on a daily basis and being present at the various Scrum meetings

Management Information

  • Analyzing the figures (turnover, growth, costs, etc.) so that timely adjustments can be made if necessary
  • Reporting to the Board of Directors

The offer

The PriGroup team consists of 25 people and our head office is in Pijnacker. Since our foundation in 2010, we have grown by an average of 50% annually and are a financially healthy company, without external financing. We have an international team and are used to working remotely, especially with the IT colleagues. Employees feel very involved and responsible and are used to a lot of freedom with a focus on results.

Our culture is very open and ideas and developments are discussed ‘en public’ so that everyone is informed and can also give input. Of course, we offer a good salary in which we take into account knowledge and experience. The guideline is €4500 gross per month + a bonus scheme based on revenue growth.
