What happens now!

Your application is already being processed. An email with a link to our online customer portal (PriPortal) has been sent to you. With this you can create a username and password. When you log in the PriPortal, the first step is to set up your Postbox.

TELL HOW WE HAVE TO PROCESS YOUR POST

You do this by setting up your Postbox. First you choose if you want your mail to be forwarded (‘snailmail’) or scanned (which is by far the most popular choice of our customers). Scans are uploaded to your inbox for you to view, download or forward. Check out the ‘smart’ folders you can create. Besides this, there are addition options like receiving registered mail and removing advertising.

INITIAL DEPOSIT E-WALLET

PriPost offers a prepaid service. We ask you to make an initial deposit of at least € 50,00 in your e-wallet. This can easily be done in the customer portal via iDeal, credit card or other payment methods. All incurring costs will be deducted from this deposit. In the notification settings you can set up a reminder when you want to be informed in case the balance needs to be increased.

ID-CHECK

PriPost is required by law to validate and check all customers. Therefore we ask you to upload a valid ID in the PriPortal. After verification your ID will be deleted immediately (more info). Good to know… all personal data (including scans) is stored encrypted. We take the privacy of our customers very seriously.

FINALLY!

You can immediately communicate your new address to all your relations. You have a choice of different addresses that you can use freely and interchangeably.

DO NOT FORGET!
For a smooth and correct processing of your mail, it’s important that your relations state your Postbox number in the address. Failing to do so or stating an incorrect box number, can entail extra costs. View this page to see what options there are for entering the box number in the address:
