How do I know approximately what I spend per month?

This depends on the amount of mail you receive. Nowadays you don’t receive much mail anymore because many things are sent digitally. There is still a lot of advertising being sent, but you can have us filter it out (for free). Then really only the important mail remains, which is an average of 2 letters per month.
