Right of withdrawal
It may happen that shortly after you have made the application for a Postbox, you change your mind. That is not a problem, because we apply the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for consumers. In other words; a consumer has the right to cancel the application up to 14 days after the time of the application without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full amount paid. To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then credit the amount due in your e-wallet. Via the portal (My account > Financial) you can enter the IBAN number on which the money can be returned.
Please note; Business customers cannot make use of this arrangement and can only cancel the Postbox with a notice period of 1 calendar month. The costs incurred will therefore not be credited in this case.
