Something strange on the November 2023 invoice?

On December 7, 2023, the invoices for the period November 2023 were sent, as usual.

It has been known to us for some time now that for a few customers some costs and deposits from the past have been settled correctly at that time, but have not been mentioned on the invoice. After many meetings and consultation with our accountant, it has been decided that we will mention these deposits and costs on an invoice. So that became the invoice for November ’23.

What does this mean in concrete terms? In fact, it is purely an accounting processing that has no consequences for you as a customer. The costs or the deposit had already been settled with the e-wallet in the past, but are only now on the invoice with the date from the past.

I haven’t been a customer for a while and now all of a sudden I receive an invoice, why is that?
Because you were missing costs or a deposit on the invoice in the past, we have now mentioned them on an invoice. It is purely administrative and there are no further consequences.

I see a deposit from longer ago on my invoice for November, how is that possible?
This is because that deposit was not on the invoice at the time and we have now mentioned it on this invoice, so that all transactions are accounted for.
