We have several locations throughout the Netherlands where we can receive your mail for you. You can find all locations here.

The Chamber of Commerce asks for a declaration of consent/rental agreement for the use of the correspondence address, can you provide this?

If you apply for the Postbox for business, we will provide you with a Rental Agreement Postal Address after completing the application, which you can use to change the address at the Chamber of Commerce. You can find the rental agreement in the portal once the ID verification procedure has been completed.

Is it possible to receive mail for multiple people?

You can add 5 recipients (names) to the Postbox free of charge, for each additional recipient you only pay €1,- per month. By default, the account holder is listed as a recipient in the Postbox. If you request the Postbox for business purposes, the company name is also added as a recipient by default. You can therefore easily combine the use of the Postbox for business and private purposes!

What private information do you need from me to create the Postbox and what do you do with it?

Of course, we need some basic information, which we use to create an account for you. We are also required by law to verify the identity of our customers, for which you go through the ID verification via a special app (a secure environment). You take a photo of the ID document and yourself and this data is deleted immediately after verification. You can find more information about ID verification here.

Can I use this service even if my company has not yet been established?

If your company has not yet been established, you can already apply for our service. You can then immediately provide the correct correspondence address at the incorporation and, if necessary, immediately have your private address shielded in the Chamber of Commerce register. When applying, you can tick the box that it concerns a new, yet to be established company.
