With the arrival of the customer portal, the authorization code has expired. Changes can easily be made in the portal (https://www.priportal.eu). You have received an email to create a username and password for the customer portal. However, the link in that email is only valid for a few hours. If you no longer have the e-mail and have not created a user name before, please contact customer service at [email protected] and we will e-mail a new activation link from the customer portal. Don’t forget to mention your Postbox number!
