Do you want to help us improve?

Because we have daily contact with many of our customers, we think we have a fairly good idea of what is going on with our customers. We strive to continuously optimize our services and we are aware that there is always room for improvement. Where and in what way we can improve, we would like to hear from those who use our services.

That is why we would like to ask you to actively participate and provide us with input. We have been around for about 15 years now and we are getting ready to further expand the platform internationally with these and new services in 2024. For us, this is a huge step that we would like to take together with our customers.

For that reason, we would like to set up a customer panel. This panel consists of a group of customers who have signed up for this themselves and who are happy to share their sincere input with us.

How does the customer panel work?

When you sign up for the panel, we will occasionally approach you to provide input. As an example:

  • A new design for the customer portal has been created by a specialist (UX/UI), so that it is more user-friendly and customers can find their way around more easily. This is something that we would like to have tested by the panel first.
  • Our customers come from 131 different countries. In what way could one or more of our services be of added value outside the Netherlands in another country?
  • What was the reason to become a customer and how did you experience the sign-up process?

Appreciation for your time

Right! For that reason, we want to reward the members of the panel. It won’t make you rich, but we want to give something back for your genuine input. This can be in the form of a monetary reward that is deposited into your e-wallet or in some other way. We make it clear in advance what this reward will be.

No, of course not. You always have the freedom to say no. But you do belong to the regular group of customers that we will ask for input.
No, not either. We expect to approach you a number of times, sometimes for small matters but sometimes also for the slightly larger ones.
100%! That is certainly the intention, it is greatly appreciated and we are going to create all the space for that. We don’t know what we don’t know… That’s why we appreciate unsolicited advice.
Absolutely! We value all input and we use it to further improve our services. Of course, we can’t take over everything 1 on 1 right away, but it is certainly the case that all input is included in our considerations. It is also our intention to communicate the input obtained back to the customer panel after analysis and thus let you know how we deal with it.
